Wow my push up routine is going great! Right now I try to do 6 sets a day. I know that sounds hard. But it really isn’t. I try to do one before and after every meal. Usually I’ll be behind later in the day so I’ll do a few after dinner. I’m pretty good about getting five to six sets a day. I started at ten back in Europe. Now I’m at 30. That’s pretty amazing because doing a little math that is up to 180 in a day! It’s weird because my chest is noticeably more lean. Probably as much as with bench (although I had more mass back then.)

I do miss the hotties at the gym though. There was this chick that look liked look Christina Hendricks at my old one. Wow that girl was amazing. I originally saw her on a couple of TV shows and have been following her ever since. She’s not the typical skinny girl. Definitely has the more full work, which I personally like. Honestly I never understood this whole skinny look . Anyways I am glad to see that her career has absolutely skyrocketed, so I guess her look is in. Good for Christina for not following an anorexic diet.
